The mountain area hanging over Barcelona was a hostess at opening of the Summer Olympic Games in 1992. Today this district includes gardens, the museums, the magnificent National palace, and also numerous fine landscapes. The most popular place of interest the Magic fountain, with its light and snow show is considered here. The national museum of arts of Catalonia also is in Monzhuik, and every 1st Sunday of month an entrance to it free.
