In the south of Bolivia, near the city of Sucre, there is a huge archaeological site. It is located on a rock that has a slope of 73 degrees. This wall is 80 meters high and 1200 meters long. The peculiarity of this amazing place is that there are more than 5,000 dinosaur tracks here.<\/p>\n

Back in 1985, the traces were discovered by miners. This was the first news. Further events developed even more interesting. In 1994, workers found huge limestone walls. Their size was 1.2 kilometers long and 80 meters high. Absolutely the entire wall was covered with thousands of dinosaur footprints.<\/p>\n

A few years later, a group of scientists led by Swiss paleontologist Christian Meyer arrived at this place in order to investigate the wall. The scientist said that such a discovery is a huge contribution to the development of science and to all mankind. Discovering hitherto unknown facts from the life of these creatures, we can state a great variety of dinosaurs.

Tracks from dinosaur tracks date back to the second half of the Cretaceous period. They were counted more than 5000 from 293 species. Surprisingly, the footprints are so well preserved that scientists easily managed to identify which species they belong to.
\nPerhaps the most unusual track with a length of 347 meters is the one made by a baby tyrannosaurus. It is believed that there are others under this layer that can also give new information to scientists.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
