The Kalalau Trail is a heart-breaking route – both beautiful and harsh. The trail follows an ancient Hawaiian route along the valleys of the Napali Coast Nature Park. You will pass hidden waterfalls and wild beaches, and finish the route at the cliffs of Kalalau, where green cliffs break off into azure waters. Many rare plants grow here, and on the way you will meet wild goats.<\/p>\n
The classic route of the hike is as follows: 18 km to the Kalalau Valley, two overnight stays at Kalalau Beach, and on the third day \u2014 on the way back. To complete the route, you need to get a permit. Book camping places in advance, and send a request for permission early.<\/p>\n
