It’s hard to imagine a summer tour in Spain without visiting a water park. Slides of different heights, all kinds of pools with pleasant water — what could be better for a family holiday on a hot sunny day.

There are more than 40 water parks in Spain. We have selected 5 in which you can have fun and at the same time save on tickets.

“Marineland”, Costa Brava. The park has slides for extreme sports enthusiasts and safe options, including for children.

There is a zoo and a dolphinarium on site, which hosts daily shows for visitors. Suitable for all ages.
Opening hours: from May 16 to June 23 and from September 5 to the end of the season daily, from 10.30 to 17.30. From June 24 to September 4 from 10.00 to 18.30.
Ticket price: adult – 28€ , children (5-10 years) and ticket for visitors from 65 years — 18€ , children (3-4 years) — 10€, for children under 3 years – free of charge.

The water park can be reached by a free shuttle from the resorts of Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Tossa de Mar.

«Illa Fantasia». Near Barcelona. About 20 slides and 3 swimming pools. There are several cafes and restaurants on the territory, a picnic area and a grill. Concerts and performances are held for visitors. A great place to relax for the whole family.
Working hours: from June 8 to September 13, daily from 10 to 18 hours.
Ticket price: adults and children from 120 cm — 26 € , children and visitors from 65 years — 16.50 € , children up to 90 cm – free of charge.

Tickets are cheaper after 14 o’clock. Family rates are provided.
You can get from Barcelona by public transport: train línea 1 direction Mataró or Maçanet Massanes. You need to get to the Premia de Mar station, from where a free bus to the water park departs every 15 minutes.

“Parque Acuatico Mario Park” near the resort of Roquetas de Mar. A small water park, suitable for visiting with children. On the territory there are various slides and pools for all ages, as well as other attractions.

There are several cafes, there is a picnic area.
Working hours: June-August, daily from 11.30 to 19.30 hours.
Ticket price: for children (95-150 cm) and visitors over 65 years old – from 16.95 €, for adults (from 150 cm) from 23.95 €.
The water park is located next to Las Salinas Beach, 5 km from Roquetas de Mar. You can get there by taxi.

“Aquopolis”, Madrid. There are 12 water attractions for different ages and a green area on the territory.

Working hours: June from 12.30 to 19; July – August from 12.30 to 20, daily.
Ticket price: adults – from 16 €, children – from 15 €.
You can get there by public transport from Madrid: buses No. 281, 282, 284 from Avenida de America. By train to San Fernando de Henares station, and from there by bus U1.

“Ciudad Quesada”, Rojales, Costa Blanca resort. Suitable for families with small children. But there are also several attractions for adults.

There are cafes and snack bars on site.
Working hours: June, September from 11 to 18 hours; July-August from 11 to 19 hours. Daily.
Ticket price: children under 3 years old for free, children 3-10 years old — 12 €, adults – 14 €. There are family subscriptions.
